Abstract：

The craft of roll forming rim devides the second roll forming and the third roll forming, the arc reducing thinkness of the second roll forming approachs to twenty percent, the arc reducing thinkness of the third roll forming is about eight to ten percent It is imporntent to reduce the weight of wheel and monderate wheel for study of the arc reducing thinkness
