Y\|TZP nano powders were synthesized by chemical precipitation Then, weakly agglomerated powders of 3Y\|TZP with grain size of 8~16nm was obtained After hot pressing, ceramic discs which relative density is 97% and grain size is 100nm~250nm were obtained The influence of forming temperature on the formability of nano ceramic discs has been studied Hemispherical caps of nano ceramic were made by superplastic forming processing finally
