Abstract：

The writer has made some change to the traditional outdoor single fire forging furnace..After adopting some changes in structure such as enhancing function in heat insulation,adding evaporation rooms,taking twice aeration,changing furnace mouth of double direction opened style to single direction closed style and so on, calefactive speed in forging furnace is accelerated obviously,and the use of coke is saved about 3～3 5Kg per hour.
