Abstract:
The automatic renoding scheme is introduced as a kind of local remeshing during plastic FEM simulation, which is implemented with modifying the shape functions of local elements, including two conditions:die interference and element degeneracy.Lastly an example is proposed.The results indicate that renoding is an effective approach to local remeshing
