Abstract:
Based on the virtual work principle and analysis to drawbead deformation,the average resulting force is calculated.Then a parameter fitting formula for drawbead restraining force calculation is proposed by using Levy's method for reference.Parameters can be determined by experiment.Anisotropy and strain rate sensitivity are taken into account in the formula.The calculated results are compared with Nine's experimental results and the validation of this computation method to different materials is verified.
