Abstract:
In this paper, the computer system model has been established basing on the analysis of the trait of cross wedge rolling(CWR) process.The three dimension FEM numerical simulation of flat wedge CWR deformation process including indenting,out rolling and shaping phases has been completed. The important information concerned with deformation area characteristic,stress field, strain field and the tool force distribution under different conditions has been gained.
