Abstract:
The modern forging hydraulic press is characterized by fast forging speed, high control accuracy and high automation. Based on Modbus Plus Field Bus , the architecture of computer control system for forging hydraulic press is proposed.The constitution and function of control system are studied. Prediction multi\|mode control strategy for displacement control is designed. The control system has achievedspeed of 120 times per minutes and precision of ±1mm.
