Abstract:
The in step power spinning device is applied to form a double angle tapered wall cone which has a deviation from sine law with power spinning. The paper presents a method which a square plate is shaped to a double angle tapered wall cone with power spinning twice. The design models of blank of tapered wall thickness cone and equal wall thickness cone with deviation from sine law are presented.
