Abstract：

The main features of 1250/850/850 hydraulic tube expander were introduced.Shortcomings in the control system of the expander were found out,and then two practical and reliable control system for expanding force were designed out.By which the application fields of the expander is broaden,together with products quality improved and yield of qualified products increased greatly.
