Abstract:
The structure,principal sizes and shrink ranges of multilayer flat container for 80MN extrusion press are determined by elastic FEM analysis.The container consists of three layers,and the suitable principal structure sizes are as follows:the outer diameter and the length of the whole container are 1800mm and 1600mm,respectively;hole size is 650 ̄700mm in major axis and 240 ̄250mm in minor axis;the outer diameters of inner and middle layer are 880 ̄950mm and 1300 ̄1500mm,respectively.The shrink range is in the range of 2026.
