Abstract:
According to the technique requirement of the anti torque arm lower joint forging,the isothermal forming is sure of the best forming process.This paper briefly describes the structure character of die for the purpose of realizing new process in the 5×10 4kN hydraulic machine.Through experiment,the paper gives the better blank shape and lubricant when the deformation temperature is 430℃ and the deformation strain rate is 1 1×10 -3 S -1 ~7 2×10 -3 S -1 .The paper analyses the workpiece defect and advances a new method,which is applied to eliminate defect.The workpiece formed with the new process meets the standard which include AIR3385,Z 9 J 冶 324 and Z 9 J 冶 325.The metallurgy quality of the workpiece,which has been used in practice improves.
