Abstract:
Compound bending forming is a flexible sheet metal forming process.The finite element analysis of the compound bending forming process is done for knives of the template.The spring back in the forming procedure is investigated.The relationship is established between the angular angle of the external ring and the spring back angle of sheet metal,the influence of fillet radius of the inner ring on the spring back of sheet metal is analyzed.To some extent,this will guide the compound bending forming of knives of the template.
