Abstract:
In term of the theoretical analysis on the deformation process of the closed-die forging, this paper put forward the concept of the difficulty coefficient N to fill up the finishing impression of closed-die forging for the first time. The concept can be used to describe the complex degree to the forging shape and some other main factors that affect the deformation prosess to fill up the forging.Furthermore, this paper explains the objectivity, accuracy and usage of the concept N.
