Abstract:
Cr3Mo2V steel hot work die used in AMP50-XL high speed hot die forging machine has been investigated in this paper. From practice test it has been shown that a newly developed 4Cr3Mo2V steel hot forging die offers more considerably higher service life than that of H11 steel and also slightly longer than that of X32CrMoCoV333 steel hot forging die.
