Abstract:
On the base of foundational experiment, theorical analysis and application research, this paper emphatically carried out deeply analyzing that effect of the stress state on relieving casting structure during the process of cast blank die forging, and also it proposed the foundation and the principle, which was how to select reasonably the forging ratio (or deformating degree) in the stress state of cast blank die forging. The researched results gave that the mechanical characteristic of cast blank in die forging was useful to improve the mechanical properties and the forging qualities.
