Abstract：

The material superplastic parameters measured in the uniaxial tensile test cannot be applied to lay down the technogical parameters for the pneumatic bulging forming, for instance, the optimal process increasing in the pneumatic pressure and the decision of the forming limitation, since the difference of the stress state. In this paper, the equivalent relationships between the pneumatic bulging forming and the uniaxial tensile test have been set up. According to the equivalent relationships, the limitation ratio of forming area for the component can be found out.
