Abstract:
The problem of cold extrusion for inner ratchets of bicycle's flywheel was discussed. The orthogonal experiment design method and FEM numerical simulation software Deform-3D were used to design and simulate the cold extrusion process of inner ratchets and confirm the cold extrusion process. The top of tooth gained was filled fully,the end of tooth only had small rollover,and the precision of inner ratchet was satisfied. The distribution law of stress and strain,metal flowing law and load-stroke curve were obtained during the course of the inner ratchets' cold extrusion,which offered detailed technique information for parameter's selection and mould design.
