According to the features and processing requirement of crank and connecting rod and servo motor control principle,the ARM control system based on the field-bus was designed,and the software,hardware and composition of the control system were introduced. Because of the low-cost,high-performance 32-bit core ARM controller,the system can be reconstructed according to needs of crank processing,which can communicate via CAN bus and realize multi-parallel control. Every sub-function modules has a independent control and communication function. It is easy to configurate a complex control system.
