Abstract:
The deflection form of the contact area of LCD terminals in the process of detecting was described.The causes that directly result in the deflection of slim pins were analyzed,which involved the precision of the molds,the spring back and unreasonable structure of terminal clamp,unreasonable assembly clamping force and the poor quality of electroplating.Then the solutions to prevent the deflection of the contact area of LCD terminals were proposed.
