Abstract:
Problems of the existing processing methods for the inward belt stiffenered workpiece of different shapes were described.The significance and technology plan and blank design of inner spinning were introduced.Two kinds of inner spinning processing methods for these pieces were discussed.It is flexible to use these two methods of small-tip-fixed spinning and big-tip-fixed spinning.These two techniques can meet the design requirements of the workpiece.Because influenced by fixing way,amount of expansion and thickness reduction percent,the precision of the workpiece processed by small-tip-fixed spinning is better than that of the workpiece processed by big-tip-fixed spinning.
