Abstract:
The technological process of the motor rotor and stator part was analyzed.The design of the stamping and stretching process for the motor rotor and stator was introduced,including determination of the operation sequence and dimensions of operation position parts.The pilot pin was used in exact positioning.The processes of blanking and stretching of the part and hole were carried out continuously.The designs of the general structure,layout of the progressive and forming characteristics die for the motor rotor and stator were introduced,and the key points in designing were stated.The results show that through a ten-position progressive die for co-blanking motor rotor and stator,the blanking and bending of the part can be carried out continuously and finished product is cut off and it is proved to be of high precision and efficient in production.
