Abstract:
Automatic press line consists of linking presses and crossbars with vacuum chucks for transferring workpieces between stations.The motion characteristics of automatic press line were analyzed,and corresponding data were extracted and used to create the cams with equivalent motion,and piecewise functions were adopted to define the relationship of time sequences between motions,which constructed the modeling of motion.A case of trunk lid outer panel was used to test the motion modeling,and the result accords with real situation,which realizes the expected target.
