Abstract:
The productive technology of double supporting plate seated parts including blanking and bending was analyzed and the whole structure of the special progressive die was introduced.The selective validity of its layout arrrangement was proved and the design method of key parts was given.The inconsistent feeding problem in bending direction was solved.The punching of complex hole was figured out by substep punch.The problem of yielding crack after bending was settled down by which bending line was removed a certain distance and technological trough was increased.Through practice,it is proved that the die structure is detailed,simple and reliable.The processing quality is good and productivity is high.It has an important reference value to the progressive die design of the similar parts.
