Abstract:
Regarding the problem of fork lift in 35 steel of drawhead losing efficacy and leading to fracture,the reason caused by the fracture was analyzed by way of finite element.Furthermore,the theory of cylinder with a small opening was introduced to elaborate the mechanism of break mechanics and the point which structure could get the most optimized result from the component was discussed esptcially.The results indicate that the grease hole is the main factor to cause fracture.Wiping off the grease or enhancing the cliff thick are available to improve the tensile strength.Accordingly,the hidden trouble on safety is eliminated.In addition,the way of the finite element analysis on the software of Ansys is able to provide a new way for failure analysis.
