Abstract:

By analyzing the influences of the blanking force and the fit clearance of guide pillars and guide bushes to the blanking clearance,and the influences of the error of the form and position of guide pillars and guide bushes on the blanking process,some basic mentalities and methods about the design of guide pillars and guide bushes in blanking dies were developed,and how to overcome the designing blindness of guide pillars and guide bushes was pointed out.According to the results of analysis and calulation,the under correction desining information in the manual were pointed out in choosing the fit clearance of guide pillars and guide bushes,and a feasible solution was proposed to reduce the request of the tolarance of the form and position of the guide pillars and guide bushes by designing an lozenge guide pillar of two guide pillars.
