Abstract:
The spinning process was analyzed,and the working condition and failure mode of roller were concluded.The general principle of selection material,heat treatment plan and shape optimization of roller was analyzed,and the relative suggestion was given.The roller in static condition was analyzed by finite element method and the stress distribution was obtained.The fracture path of roller was revealed further.According to the fractured roller,the origin and propagation path of crack were analyzed sucessfully with introduced theoretical research.The results show that some key technical matters shall be considered comprehensively based on theoretical research for obtaining high cost performance roller.
