Abstract:
In order to improve the stamping production efficiency,a second procedure outside the stamping die could be put into the progressive die.With a terminal assembly product with two parts as an example,two mutual vertical strip layouts were designed in a multi-position progressive die,and the two layouts were synchronously feeded by two mutual vertical precision feeders on a press machine.Under the control of PLC,the continuous working process of automatic riveting one part with assembly convex onto the other part with assembly hole was stated,and the layout design and the die structure were introduced in detail.
