Abstract:
The processing characteristics of a vehicle lamp holder were analyzed,and different craft supplement face mold was worked out.First of all,the three-dimensional sheet metal forming analysis software DYNAFORM was adopted to simulate the size of blank;and then,according to the simulation results,two different programs of blank shape were selected to simulate lamp holder's drawing process again.The surface of die was optimized through analyzing the FLD diagram and the forming result.Finally a reasonable drawing die mold was decided.And the perfect products were already manufactured.
