Abstract:
Metal flow stress of U75V steel was studied by Gleeble-1500 thermal simulation testing machine.By actual measurement,the deformation temperature,rate of deformation,degree of deformation and the relationship with flow stress were analyzed.The mathematic model of metal deformation flow stress was made.The regression analysis of the mathematic model was done.Through the comparison between theoretical calculation and experimental records,it approves that the mathematic model has a good curve fitting.The mathematic model can be used as the basis of process calculation and numerical simulation.
