Abstract:
The esseniially feature of grid is the share and cooperation of the resources.A hierarchy model of Mold Manufacturing Grid Service Platform was proposed.A hierarchy model of mold manufacturing resources,composed of a resource layer,an expression layer and an interface layer,was put forward.Manufacturing resources associated with the total lifecycle of mold were classified and integrated.The key technologies were presented,such as elustering,describing and encapsulating on mold manufacturing grid.This research provides the theoretical basis to realize information engineering and network manufacturing for the die and mold enterprises.
