Abstract:
A control system was developed for 63 MN forging hydraulic press with hot-die and isothermal forging. The lower machine was made of the trio controller and the S7-300. The trio controller run the key codes for the micro-speed and multi-points leveling and the S7-300 worked for the operating platform,the electro-hydraulic system,the dynamic system,the lubrication system and the safety system. The upper machine was developed from WinCC and it was used for the facility's running states monitoring,the parameters setting,the faults detecting and so on. The experience shows that the speed can be controlled within 0.02~0.5 mm·s-1 at hot die,0.50~10 mm·s-1 at isothermal forging and the leveling accuracy is less than 0.05 mm·m-1.
