Abstract:
Punching production process of the defrosting connection components of heater unit was analyzed,the procedure order with counter-pushing method in the technology preparatory work was rationally arranged,the shape and the size of working procedures were analyzed and calculated,and the drawing of width flange components was calculated in detail. The blank size calculation of working procedures is the key,and it could cause major impact to subsequent processes. To ensure a flat mouth shape of final product,accurate boundary dimension of trimming procedure could be got by testing. In forming taper shape,the work-blank had a stress state that its radial direction and tangential direction were pulled and thickness direction was pressed. This component had a unique structure and was of complex processing plan and long working procedure. The result has the model function and the reference value to the same type product.
