Abstract:
In the large-diameter plunger-cylinder,extending the service life of sealing components is a issue which needs to be studied.Based on the working principle and mechanical analysis of general plunger-cylinder V-shaped seal structure,the reason of impacting on the sealing components life was additional large force.According to the reason,two schemes of improving the sealed structure were made,which were the improvement of guide sleeve structure and the use of guiding belt.Thus the service life of sealing components is extended,the frequency of replacement components is reduced,and equipment utilization is improved.
