Abstract:
The elevated temperature tensile test of in-situ TiB2(mass fraction is 8%)/6351 Al composites was carried out in the range of deformation temperature 350-500℃and strain rate 0.0001-1s-1. The material constant values were studied using a hyperbolic sine model. The results show that the hyperbolic sine can satisfactorily describe the correlation between flow stress σP and Z parameter. The values of A , α and n in the analytical expressions of flow stress σP are fitted to be 605.5×1012 s-1,0.027MPa-1 and 10.018. The hot deformation activation energy in Z parameter expression is 256.78kJ·mol-1.
