Abstract:
The forming process of car front floor boarding was planned based on the analysis on its structure and technological characteristic. AUTOFORM V3.22 software was used to optimize the technological process. The punch,die and the blank holder for the drawing die were designed by using UG. They were assembled and the three-dimensional modeling of drawing die was generated. Then the design points of the die structure were stated. It is proved by experience that the process property of the die is fine and the structure of the drawing die is proper. As a whole, the die is agreed to the requirement of production.
