Abstract:
The portable stiffness testing instrument widely used in production of automobile panels was developed, and the real-time on-site stiffness testing of automobile panel stiffness was realized, which filled the gap in this area. The optimum design was carried out for framework of testing instrument by numerical simulation, and the strength of framework was increased compared to the original design after the optimization. The stiffness testing could be performed on arbitrary point of three-dimensional space of curved surface by adjusting the stiffness testing instrument, and measure the stiffness accurately.
