Abstract:
"CAXA Manufacturing Engineer"was used to accomplish complicated hock forging die curved surface model design. In the design process,various curve editting tools were used to accomplish the fundamental outline and space framework drawing. A pair of cross section and a pair of moving line were ingeniously used to generate changeable height moving curved surface. Through a curve sewing tool, acomplicated curved surface was made by general revolution face and changeable height pair of moving curved surface,etc. It is pointed out emphatically that in the process for making part model, the software 3D function can be used directly,and the parameter line for 2D can also be used to make charts,which can be introduced into CAXA to build the model and realize 3D modeling of the complicated part design.
