Abstract：

This article deals with a theoretical analysis of deformation tendency of outer flange in the process of sheet hole flanging, The critical calculation formula in hole flanging without outer flange de forming has been obtained and verified by experiments on 08F steel. This rivised formula is suitable to the formation of all kinds of punching plate under different lubrication condition, which will provide useful information for desiging and production.
