Abstract:
According to the features of using multi-channel USB interface camera to collect image for 125 MN extruder extrusion center monitoring system,with the shortcomings of USB interface camera in the industrial scene remote image collection,taking Visual C++ 6.0 as software development platform,a microprocessor based serial communications methods camera control system was designed for realizing the extrusion machine monitoring cameras remotely and orderly access to upper PC.The equipment actual running at the scene shows that the camera control system has met the design requirements of central monitoring system.
