Abstract:

Magnesium is of six-party row structure,only has a limited slip system,and lacking of an effective strengthening phase,so the application of magnesium alloy is restricted.Based on the different temperatures of magnesium alloy plastic deformation limit of magnesium alloy,the plastic strength of the plastic impact factors were analyzed.Through experiments on the plastic deformation of the alloy AZ31,it is concluded that under 350 ℃,magnesium alloy maximum reduction is up to 77.8%,in different deformations,the bigger deformation,the more fine grain distribution.When the deformation is up to 70%,the basic grain size is of 2-3 μm.
