Abstract:

By analyzing the influence factors of hot forging die,it was put forward that the ideal structure of hot forging die material should include three parts : basal body zone,working zone and transition zone.The top quality heat-resistant wear-resistant hot working-die steel coating was sprayed on the surface of common hot working die steel and was treated by electron beam melting to form comprehensive metallurgical bonding.The ideal structure of hot forging die material manufactured by this first spray and second melting method can greatly improve its service life.
