Abstract:
To change the present status of the difficult NC codes examining and the higher detective index,an overall structure of the numerical control press simulating system was made,a method of extracting effective data from NC codes file was realized,and the treatment of G codes and M codes during NC codes translating was finished.By re-developed AutoCAD in VisualLISP,the 2D dynamic simulation for NC press process was realized,which was based on AutoCAD.Through the practical running of the system,it confirms that this system is practical and efficient.
