Abstract:
The combined dies with punching units were used for the auto part production of multi-varieties and the small batch.It was a good method for low cost investment and fast outputs.It had a good reference function for producing parts in medium and small batch production.Application shows that the combined die has the features of good structure,easy operation and stable quality.The punching units that are manufactured once can be used permanently.Good economic efficiency can be achieved for the enterprise.
