Abstract:

A new type of crank presses with intelligence and flexibility was developed.Common inductive motor was replaced by an AC servo motor and flywheel,clutch and brake were removed,which consumed much energy.The characteristics of the control system were introduced,such as open application program library,remote supervisory and controlling function,which could control the slide BDC,lubrication,overload and safety.Control hard ware and PLC soft flow were also introduced.Modularized programming approach was adopted in control software design with the advantages of easier maintenance and transplantation.
