Abstract:
The stepless speed of press hydraulic system with rapidly high flow is a difficult and challenging problem.A new electro-hydraulic proportional flow valve based on flow feedback was presented,which was adaptive to high flow control.Abandoning setting one step magnified device(three-step control way of cylinder)via plot and flow control for high flow proportional valve,an advanced two-step control method was proposed for the proportional flow valve.So it overcame a lot of weakpoints,such as structural complexity,lower frequency response,higher trouble etc.,and reached the direct proportional relationship by current and flow control.Furthermore,the designed method could enlarge and compensate the adjusted velocity rang of flow valve to improve press power systems capability.
