Abstract:
In order to analyze the under loading and service life of main eccentric axis bearing of 1580 mill during side pressing for slab,the force analysis model of main eccentric axis was established using the theory of free beam in material mechanics,based on the conditions of results of the finite element analysis in side pressing process for slab.Force analysis and service life calculation were studied for the bearing in detail.Furthermore,the bearing existing periodicity impact force was validated by the results of test and measurement.The results indicate that the service life of main eccentric axis bearing is 1.5 years,and the calculation value can match with the real service life requirement for the on site working condition.
