Abstract:
The application of Pro/E in injection mould design and the analysis of injection molding based on Moldflow software and the realization of CAM based on MasterCAM were introduced.The process of injection mould design and analysis with CAD/CAE software was stated by an example.Feed route of side cavity in processing was designed based on MasterCAM,and its manufacture process was simulated.The period of product development was shortened and the quality of product design was improved by CAD/CAE/CAM technology.
