Abstract:
In order to investigate the influences of technology parameters on the critical blank holder force of rectangular box flange wrinkling,a deep drawing experiment device of rectangular box with variable blank holder force was designed.The device had an extraordinary controllable mode of variable blank holder force,the relationship of blank holder force and wrinkling height was linear.Using the experiment device,the forming process of rectangular box part was studied,and the influences of technology parameters on the critical blank holder force were obtained.The results show that the critical blank holder force increases with the increasing of punch stroke and decreases with the increasing of round corner radius.The critical blank holder force is not related to clearance between punch and die in a certain range,but when the clearance between punch and die is too large,the increasing ratio of critical blank holder force is distinct.
