Abstract:
The three-dimension model for the hanger stamping part was built by the CAD software,UG and it was imported into the DYNAFORM software for building its FEM model.Then the blank size weas estimated without any geometry knowledge by simulating the stamping and automatically the high material-utilization nest was got without any manual complicated calculation by giving the lap and the range of angle.Compared with the traditional methods,the results show that the method is reasonable,especially for the complex part.
