Abstract:
A multi-procedure automatic roller-depot used for horizontal CNC spinning machine was designed based on the multi-process forming requirements of large-size tubular products and the structural characteristics of spinning machine.The design of the automatic replacement device of spinning roller,the calculation of the spinning force,the distribution of the roller-set bear,the structure of the roller-set,and the selection of linear guide were mainly introduced.In the roller-depot,the replaceable device with the separated roller-head and roller-set was adopted,and the roller-set was composed of three main parts: base,vertical and lateral sliding frameworks.It indicates that the automatic loading and unloading of spinning roller,trimming roller and flanging roller which are needed in multi-pass conventional spinning,shear spinning,trimming,flanging can be realized by the designed multi-station automatic roller-depot.The efficiency of production,the utilization and automation of equipment are improved greatly.Therefore,the production cost and the labor strength are decreased.
